We are pleased to announce that new version (1.7.0) of our Micrographica Scientific Imaging Software has been released.
The version has got several new features and improvements:
- Automation module.
Allows remote control of microscopy accessories (cameras, XYZ stages, shutters, filters). Accessories can be controlled manually or automatically via scanning. The scanning process can create large images (XY mosaic), EDF images (Z series), HDR images (multi exposure) or any combination of those. - Prior XYZ stages, shutters and filter wheel driver for automation module.
- Nikon TiE XYZ stages, shutters and filter wheels driver for automation module.
- Support for new Jenoptik ProgRes SpeedXt cameras.
- Support for new DeltaPix Invenio II cameras.
- Nikon NIS *.nd2 file format import.
- Extended frame rate control for Jenoptik ProgRes cameras.
- Advanced colour threshold filter.
Replaces two previous filters: simple threshold and colour selector. - Minor bug fixes and improvements
